The park was not anywhere close to capacity in late June when we called a day before our stay. The nice lady who manages the park, Crystal, was very helpful in that she would keep a spot for us without a cc for security. Upon arrival, Crystal met us at the drive-thru site for 30A service. The spaces are like most commercial RV spots in that there is not enough width for a slide-out on one side, and an awning on the other. But, the gravel pad was level. There was also plenty pad in length for our truck and 30 foot trailer.
There is a nice ~6 machine laundry room just across the drive from our site, $2 for washer, and $1 for dryer. There is also plenty of grass on the property to walk your dog. The road coming in off of Hwy 40 is real rough. I mean, you need to inch your way over the chuck holes and speed bump by the dumpsters as not bottom out towing a trailer. All of the roads within the park really need to be repaved.
The park is part long-term residents, and part 'daily' guests. For daily's, there is a row for 30A service, and another row for 50A. All gravel pads with a picnic table. Also, a grassy area for tents near the hwy. The long-term residents are across the park from the daily's. Some of the long-term residents appeared to road crew, or other temp local job residents. However, some of the long-term units are really run down. I think its a safe park.
My biggest complaint, is that there were only 2 to 3 trailers in the 30A row, and the manager saw fit to put us all next to one another. Really? It's like going to a nearly empty restaurant, and having the hostess seat you right next to the only other occupied table in the restaurant. I don't get it.
No other services in Jensen. Gas and groceries can be made in Vernal, about 13 miles north on US 40. The road to the Monument's Quarry Visitor Center is right there by the RV park.

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in the site #f-8, a FHU, PT site for $44/night. The road is a relatively narrow asphalt drive with some sharp turns at the ends of the rows. It is all open, flat and no obstructions so it’s not a worry. Sites were very close together. If they had been full, I would not have been able to fully open my awning without hitting the neighbors. Luckily, it was only half full while I was there and they spaced us out. They have two sewer connections at the site so it makes it convenient for any rig configuration. Water was on the wrong side though which was weird. The 50A connection looks like a dogbone hanging down from the box. There are also old hookups in the ground which makes getting in and out of the site a little cramped in order to avoid running over them. It seemed like they are working on upgrading the park but don’t quite have it figured out yet. I had 4 bars LTE Verizon, only a moderately reliable wifi connection and didn’t check OTA channels. I also didn’t see/use a bathhouse. It is convenient to the main section of Dinosaur National Monument. Lots of great hiking in the NaMo. It is much more than just the big dinosaur excavation area. Also check out an area called Fantasy Canyon – very oddly shaped rock formations that are cool to look at. River rafting is also available close by and was a blast. I would definitely come back here.

Never could get the water hot enough in the showers. There isn’t much to Jensen, so you’ll need to get your supplies in Vernal. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful and their check in paperwork emphasized “common courtesies.” Oddly enough thou, they had a “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker in their office window. Why would you espouse “common courtesies” then turn around and insult many of your clientele with what could be your opposing your political views? Seemed a bit hypocritical to me.

The owner (can’t remember her name) was an absolute sweetheart, and Mandy, the ‘camp host’ was a sweetheart too. Services were great.
Have a listen for the very loud and proud bull from across the field. LOL
They also had wifi and it generally worked well.

Closest full hookups to Dinosaur NM. Mandy was the host and she was very friendly. Laundry and playground. Not very busy. The only reasons I’m not going with 5 stars is little shade and the pay showers. Gravel sites that are close to level

Our site was a bit un-level but no issue with a leveling jack. All the hookups worked as expected. Mostly quiet. There are groomed grassy areas and a playground with well maintained playground equipment. Laundry on site ($2 wash/ $1.50 dry). Internet. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had just dry camped in Moab, so the full hookups were welcome. There was a small playground on-site for the kids to play on, and a bigger one just 2 minutes up the road. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry were quite clean. And the location was excellent for visiting the Dinosaur National Monument.

I used the washers and dryers, 5 of each. One of the dryers wasn't working while we were there but washing was $1.75/load and drying was $1.50/load. The machines worked well. Bathrooms always looked clean though we didn't use them. The park was very quiet. The only drawback is when other people did come in, we realized how close the sites actually were to each other. Other than that it was a great place to explore Dinosaur National Monument and Flaming Gorge. We would definitely stay here again.
