We arrived on Labor Day as well as the office being closed on Monday's so we didn't get to see the amenities of the store.
My in-laws and wife loved the humongous showers
My son loved the playground and all the dogs from other campers he could pet.
I loved the pull-through site
Location is a little off a bigger highway, so there is SOME (very little) road noise, mostly when a big truck hits the rumble strips. Entrance is clearly labeled and I was able to find my reservation slip in the outside bin. Hook up was simple and only needed one set of leveling blocks. (We're new to RVing so I might have done something wrong and unleveled it myself). It appears that some residence are semi-permanent basis but were extremely friendly.
100% would go back.

What an amazing find! My kids moved up to the area and I needed a place to pull my rig to and stay for a bit to help them get settled in. I found this on Google maps and was at first hesitant, but I seen all the reviews were from way back when. The new owners that have taken this place over in the last year and a half have really outdone themselves. The pads all have fresh gravel and are pretty level, water is awesome, metered electric is reasonable, the new showers and laundry room and Main building are absolutely amazing!! The kindness of the entire family that owns this is awesome. I am here with my four month old pup and they treat her just like family and acknowledge her as soon as they come up to the side or walk by or anything. I cannot thank them enough for the hospitality that they have shown to the two of us. Will I be back again damn straight. Will I recommend them highly absolutely! Should this place be filled all the time yes.

This property is country and old and the RV sites aren’t anything fancy, but every person working was very friendly and happy and it has everything you need! Picnic table, fire pit, water, sewer and electric 30/50 amp.
I’ll be back here again for sure. I like that it feels secluded but not too far from Walmart, gas stations or downtown. Right around the corner from the Osage river boat ramp.
