Spent the night - camped in van. Chose the tent site. Not too far from shower and bathroom. All was clean. Only complaint was that of all the many acres the maintenance guy chose to run the lawnmower through our campsite for the complete duration of our breakfast.

Love this place, have been there every weekend for the past month. Tent camping areas are really spread out . It is very quiet and clean, I’m booked there for the coming month also . $15 a night for tent camping , $20 a night for electric hookups.

This campground is small and nice. It’s well maintained and we met a few people who return regularly. It’s a 25 minute drive to Canandaigua and about an hour from Rochester. This campground is small and nice. It’s well maintained and we met a few people who return regularly.
It’s a 25 minute drive to Canandaigua and about an hour from Rochester.
At 2000 feet, there is a steep 1.5 mile climb to the entrance. The temperature was about 5 degrees cooler at the top.
There are very nice cabins nearby for those without RVs.
The RV sites are asphalt, and some leveling is required.
There are trails in the park.
Hookups are 20 or 30 A on a shared pedestal, with a pair of receptacles for each site.
On site 10 our 30A shore power cord just reached.
We backed up to woods on the outer loop, and saw deer and bird wildlife in the woods.
You can fill up potable water at site 17 or in front of the bathhouse, where there is also a dump station.
The bathhouse showers and bathrooms are dated but clean.
The park is well maintained.
We arrived around 1:30 PM on a Friday. There was no one in the booth, but there was a sign with a name and number to call if needed. There is a caretaker house near the entrance.
We had no contact with any park staff.
Overall, the park is an excellent value and we will return.

We stayed here in a 38 foot motorhome in June we 2021. Ontario County Park is our go to campground when we visit Canandaigua Lake area. We stayed here in a 38 foot motorhome in June we 2021.
Ontario County Park is our go to campground when we visit Canandaigua Lake area. A small village, Naples is 10 minutes to the south, Canandaigua is 20 minutes to the north. Lots to do.
The campsite is very well maintained. Sites are well spaced apart. There is 30-amp electrical service and the sites are long. Easy to fit a large coach and a tow with room to spare. To varying degrees, sites are not level, but we had no problem leveling up without extra measures.
The dump and water fill stations are convenient. Verizon LTE was very good.
One thing to be aware of - some sites share an electrical pedestal, so you may need extra cable to hook up?
