I would be surprised if they ever close.

The Official Website link indicates the park is open for camping March 1 to October 31 (weather permitting). However, I've camped there outside of that window, so I'm not sure how stringently the dates are enforced.

The website states they are closed 1 Nov to end of February. Not sure whether the lock the gates or simply don't service it and close the bathrooms. I was there in October and it was empty and very quiet. Read my review for more info and pictures. Nice place with interruptions by the train.
