Id recommend driving in as far as seems reasonable and the scout the next mile or so with your bicycle. I've pulled in a 2wd Nissan Armada with our 22ft trailer with no problem. Have a blast...we're headed that way again early May.

When we were there a couple years ago - yes, absolutely. Maybe a little bumpy area shortly after leaving the highway but after that a pretty level gravel/dirt road if you proceed straight or to the left after turning off the highway. Going right is narrower and rougher.

Depends when you are going? If winter or during/after rains, might be challenging. Many different paths/roads so, if dry shouldn’t be a problem.

I cannot speak for areas farther back in, but the large parking area that's closer to the highway was solid when we stayed there. We pulled a 26' travel trailer in with our pickup and didn't have any issues with soft sand.

It is an old highway, so there is road laid. We had no problem in our 40' motor home. There are several options of places, and also plenty of bedrock.

Yes we’ve taken a truck/fifth wheel as well as a camper van to this area and never had any issue. There are some smaller spots off to the right that I wouldn’t recommend for you but there are several large sites you will have no problem getting to. We didn’t notice any sandy areas that would pose a problem.

Yes. Although there are some spots that require more clearance, there are many spots you can get into. Lots of large Class A camp here. Just read reviews and look at satellite of the layout. Straight in to the main open area. First left down to the overflow area.
