This web-site says 50-sites; believe 25'ish is more accurate.
Resort web-site has good information on what to expect, what you will get.

We loved that the park looks like it was carved out of the woods. The grounds were quaint and well maintained, the park was relatively quiet and the hosts were exceptionally nice people. A couple quick notes to keep in mind:
1) It's not the easiest park to get to, or to get in and out of. Our 42' rig towing a car was just about as big as I'd want to try to park in there. Longer could be done, perhaps, but I wouldn't want to do it. The roads to the park are narrow with at least three 90° turns and not a lot of room to make 'em. Just go slow and take up as much of the road as traffic will allow to turn as wide as you can and you'll be ok.
2) There is a low clearance obstacle -- a railroad trestle -- on what would otherwise be the easiest route to the park, which means that if your rig is more than 12' 6" you'll need to re-route around the back side of the lake to enter the park from the other direction. There are flashing warning signs about the obstacle everywhere, you can't miss them... but don't disregard them, they're not kidding.
The road around the backside of the lake is narrow and has a few tight 15 mph turns, but at 65' long we were able to manage it without much issue. You just have to be careful about oncoming traffic... garbage trucks, cars pulling boats, etc... there may not be quite enough room for both of you on the narrowest twisty turns, so just look as far past the turn as possible to make sure it's clear.
The park is lovely enough to make it all worth the trouble. If we're ever in the area again we'd stay here without question.

Offut Lake Resort consists of a small, wooded campground near the shore of Offut Lake. It's located a few minutes north of Tenino WA, and about 15 minutes south of Olympia. There are RV spots, tent spots, and cabins. We stayed here on a weekend during the peak season (August). The campground was understandably busy with families and kids running all around.
I called for reservations in advance. To be fair, the host told me that essentially all the good sites were taken but she could squeeze us in to site 11, which had little privacy and no water hook-up. We were in town for an event and didn't plan to stay at the campground during the day, so we agreed to take site 11.
Upon arrival the site was easy to find and easy to back into. There was 30 amp electric and sewer but no water.
My biggest complaints about this campground are 1) $5 extra costs per dog (we have two) 2) noisy with families and kids running around. It irritated me to have to pay more for our dogs when they are in fact much less disruptive than kids. 3) There is wifi but the password illuded us. It's not posted at the office and we were never given the password. This was kind of annoying when there is no other internet service (4G) available in the area.
In other words, if you want a family oriented campground, this may be a good place for you. If you want a peaceful, quiet experience, or if you have dogs, I would stay elsewhere. Overall, I would have been a little happier with the experience if the price was $20-25 per night instead of $50 per night.
