We really enjoyed having the beach in only a five min walk away for my wife and kids to go to while I worked. Also if you drive down the road a little ways you can drive your vehicle on the beach as well. We stayed here so we could travel to Ruby Beach one day. So worth it😁.
Make sure you make your way to the south jetty as well where you can find tons a starfish.
As for working from home if you do not have a cell booster the signal was pretty low. I only had 1 bar of 4G with around 2-4mbps without my booster.

Check-in was a breeze as I’ve come to expect from Thousand Trails parks. You arrive and select your own site from what’s available. I took one in the back section of the campground, close to the beach. You can hear the surf from there when it’s quiet; mostly at night.
The campsite itself was a tight fit, but easy enough to back into. My coach barely fit with my awning out and slide extended. I had water and 30 amp service right there, and a bath house with good showers nearby. I did have noisy kids in the activity field one night, but no real issues besides that.
The beach is wide and flat. Waves didn’t seem very impressive for surfing. I did walk all the way to Ocean Shores and back. Wear good shoes if you go long distances like that. Quinault Casino is about 3 miles south and offers decent drinks at a good price.
I did see some of the staff hassle campers who took their RV for convenience runs during their reservations. It seems to me that my membership and reservation should allow me to go to the grocery store and back if I need, even if I don’t have a toad. That turned me off of wanting to come back to this park.
T-Mobile cell service is spotty at best. It averaged 1 bar LTE and spent a lot of time on No Service. WiFi can be had at $6/day or $15/week. Life had already blown my budget so I didn’t try it.
If you’re looking for anything besides the beach I’d recommend the Long Beach park.

We could hear our neighbors from inside our coach even when they were in there's. We got to share our neighbor's cigarette and campfire smoke. Kids were everywhere making noise day and night. To top it all off, there's not much to do in the area. Olympic National Park is a very long drive and Ocean Shores doesn't have much to offer. We chose to make the 60 mile drive to Olympia to spend some of our days. Lost Coast, indeed!
On the good side is the beach, though a dead whale put a bit of a damper on that. The ranger was friendly and helpful. Once the park cleared out, we had more room (in other words, avoid summer and holidays). The showers were generally clean with great pressure and hot water for days and rarely crowded. There are a few even more cramped sewer sites up front right near the road and not worth moving to in our opinion. Verizon was decent and so was AT&T with our booster.
Oceana wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. We'd stay a night or two on our way through but doubt we'd ever select the park as a destination again.

Second... the beach is super close and great for walking! If the sun comes out it’s great!
Third... the bathrooms are clean with great showers.
Fourth... it was free with my membership.
Other than that there is really no reason to come here. Sites are more cramped than ever and the weather in the summer is usually cool and foggy. Not great if you are working on your tan :-)
Four stars if the sites were more roomy.

The bathroom facility was clean and the beach, which is about a 5min walk from the campground) was beautiful. The ranger/host was also very friendly and helpful but overall we would not stay here again - just not ideal for a family with small kids and zero privacy. Oh - be prepared for a lot of mosquitos.

The back area closer to the beach is water and electric. Sites are pretty close together in a big grassy field. Kind of like camping in a fair grounds. Short walk down a path to the beach. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

The immediate surroundings are pretty quiet, a few other hotels and RV resorts in Ocean City, and a few other sleepy beach towns up to the north. Ocean Shores is a decent town to the South, but still pretty sleepy even on a July weekend. Campground has a nice path out to the beach. Sites are a bit close but not too bad. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of showers, which is handy since there are a limited number of full hookup sites. A bit of open grass space, but not much around to do other than the beach for families with kids.

The second area has several back in sites that are occupied by long term and a few short to medium pull through sites. After crossing a bridge, there is a much more open loop ringed by trees with a good bathroom and shower house in the middle. These are all electric and water sites with 30amp, except site 91, which has 50amp and we were lucky enough to snag. The sites are really close together, but long enough on the outer loop for a big rig and a tow car.
The Verizon service was nearly nonexistent without our booster, which gave us a strong signal, but only 2-3Mbps.
The beach is an easy walk from the back loop and we enjoyed the access.

The rate reflects our annual 2 for 1 Zone Thousand Trail Pass membership. This property is also on Passport America.
4 stars reflects our love for the beach!
Pros:
Walking distance to a beautiful beach!
Super nice and helpful camp host!
Most sites appeared level and well maintained for an older park
Clean restrooms
Good value for a property this close to the ocean (with a TT or PA membership)
The bridge is fixed (we have heard it was under construction for 16 months)
Possible Cons:
Sites are close together
Not all sites have FHU ~ if they do not have FHU they have water and electric and there is a dump station
Does not have a pool or some of the amenities that other TT properties have (but, hey, there is an ocean!)
It has laundry facilities in a repurposed vintage RV, but we did not use them.
We liked the area over the bridge closest to the ocean path, which are not full hook-up.
We stayed on a Friday night and there was the typical weekend noise.
Cell reception:
AT&T 1 to 2 bars of LTE 2.5 Mb down. 006 Mb up
T-Mobile no service
Verizon range from two bars of 1x to one bar of LTE .45 Mb down .25 Mb up
