Very clean, safe and pleasant (as long as you don't take the cheapest spots) Bump up your reservation at least one degree. Baf Wi-Fi and poor Verizon reception made business hard to do. We were able to do a 3 party zoom on hot spot but it was a little glitchy.

This is our 2nd time staying here in the past year as we travel through Las Vegas. We lucked out at check-in that nobody was in front of us so it was pretty quick. They sent us to our spot a little backwards and we had to end up going around a "do not enter" street to back into our spot after the incorrect directions. Luckily a couple spots around us were empty so we had room to maneuver. Otherwise it would have been really tight with a 42ft 5th wheel.
Full hookups (50amp power, 55psi water, sewer). The water spigot dripped a little no matter how we attached our hose and regulator but we attached to the 2nd spigot and it was fine. With it dropping into the low 30s at night, we didn't want any dripping water.
Smith's grocery store is just down the block. Restaurants and other shops aren't far away either. Pretty easy to get to just off the freeway but you want to make sure you're in the correct lanes to turn or you might have a hard time crossing a few lanes of fast traffic.

We wanted to stay just once in a nicer RV "resort" to see what it was all about. The Oasis is HUGE with a Cafe, adult & family pools, hot tub (out of service during our stay), exercise room, 18-hole golf putting course, bangin' cell & wifi, and good security. The sites are a little more spacious than most RV parks, many have some shade, all have fairly bright lights at the electric boxes. The park is bordered by two freeways and under the airport flight path. The air noise wasn't too bad. Neither was freeway noise in the daytime but sounded like a speedway at night. Security & cafe staff were super friendly and responsive. Front desk & store staff were generally friendly. We were surprised that given the number of groundskeeping staff we saw daily, litter was everywhere. We cleaned up a pile of debris from our site after setting up. Apparently the signs everywhere warning pet owners of the rules, restrictions, security cams, & fines, are all bark & little bite. We cleaned up other dogs' poop & saw dogs exercised in off-limit areas daily. (We also have dogs and do our best to be responsible, considerate neighbors.)
If you're into large RV parks, this one overall is nice, and most of the staff are great.

It looks to be a great place to spend some time. I did encounter a man that was dismayed by folks not wearing masks in the fitness room. I looked in, it was a nice area, but you wouldn't catch me in there with all the huffing and puffing going on. No thanks. The pools looked nice, and they even have an adult pool. That will be nice after Covid. It was also gated with a security guard, which is new to me, but pretty nice to have. I will be back.

They recently are requesting you wear a mask if you are sitting out by the pool, but if you are IN the pool you are ok.. even if you are all alone and social distancing they ask you wear the mask 😳 makes zero sense.
Wi-Fi is ok not the best, but not the worst.

We stayed here two separate nights on the way to and from the north rim of the Grand Canyon. I booked a deluxe pull-thru online to get the 10% discount for the first night and then made a reservation for our night on the way back the morning we left. I was happy that they offered the same discounted rate. We grabbed a takeout breakfast and coffee from the cafe which was decently priced. Didn’t use the pool, but checked out the showers which were clean and spacious. Be aware of the sprinklers if you leave your stuff out. Luckily it dries quickly in 100 degree heat by 9am. The list of vendors they refer to for cleaning and repairs if you’re in need was impressive. We’ll come back to use as an overnight stop or stay a couple days when COVID is over.

Convent location. Next door to Henderson, NV for dining and a short trip to Las Vegas blvd. Felt safe with a guard attendant. Restaurant could use a bit of a makeover. Cabana market is well stocked. Grounds were moderately spaced.

We stayed here twice recently en route and back on a trip to a couple of Utah National Parks.
Pros:
Pull thru sites are plenty
Full hooksups available including cable TV option
Price for a full hook up site is reasonable
Amenities - bathrooms, showers, store and cafe, which allowed for a non truck trailer disconnect and electricity only connection
Showers - clean and spacious
Cons:
Customer service attitude didn’t leave us with warm and fuzzies;
No shade trees (at least in our area) and it gets hot in Las Vegas so prepare to run your AC
Not walkable to anyplace you’re likely wanting to visit
Shuttle option would be a great addition
Those items mentioned, it is likely we’ll stay again when passing through Las Vegas.

Oasis is well managed and operated resort. The sites are concrete pads. Long enough for our 43’ RV. They have a notary on site if you need one. Convenient location to Las Vegas strip, Death Valley, Valley of Fire and Henderson Bird viewing area. Noise from airport is tolerable. All amenities are as advertised. Great WiFi.
