We stayed 1 week here. Sights are level and it feels safe and well lit. Unfortunately though they do yard maintenance 5 to 6 hours twice a week. It starts at 7:45am, they break for lunch and then continue until 3. Lawnmowers and leaf blowers wrapping and revving. The next day they had a woman running a leaf blower on all the streets for 6 hours. The noise was unnerving. She was blowing dirt and leaves from the road towards all cars and campers. I spoke to the desk and they said she was almost done, she continued for another 3 hours, until 5:30pm!
I wrote to them asking if this would continue, in an attempt to find another place to stay. They apologized for the inconvenience but the way the park looked was important to them. So if you want clean streets with the constant drone of a leaf blower we recommend staying here. Hot tub was also broken, it was filled but just lukewarm. Laundry facilities have a thick layer of lint and pet hair on all shelves.
15 minutes to downtown Austin, but we would not stay here again.

Even called them. You have to go to nearest tower?! Than still no connection and also limited to one device. Looks like middle ages .

I’m conflicted about this park. First, the physical layout is great: level, concrete pads, shade/grass, pool-laundry-shower house. It’s just that a few services were lacking that would bring it up to five star. Trash pickup on M*W*F is not enough. Rocks in a washing machine is unacceptable. It’s just that a few services were lacking that would bring it up to five star. Trash pickup on M*W*F is not enough. Rocks in a washing machine is unacceptable. WI-FI that requires 5 minutes to login— no good! That said, I LOVED the app enabled laundry (foregoing the need for quarters). And the location 10-15 min from downtown was terrific.

Starlink worked great at our site too. The city is about 15-20min away.

The newer section of the park is nice the sites are big and roomy and the amenities are nice. However the older sections take away from the overall feel of the park. Our biggest issue with the park is the tree trimming or lack of. We are in a 40ft class A and there are many tree obstacles in the park. We were in site 5 and had to move to site 17, enroute a tree limb scratched the front and top of our coach. Upon pulling out of site 17, we could not exit the park in the natural direction of our site due to low trees, we had to back down 2 aisles to the main entrance with our coach and trailer to safely avoid low trees. This park needs to trim trees in the park prior to inviting in big rigs. I would NOT consider this a big rig friendly park.

Wi-Fi was free for 3Mbps down / 1Mbps up and paid for anything faster. T-Mobile 5G was nearly 500Mbps down and over 50Mbps up. Cable TV has the most HD channels of any park I've visited so far. Overall, would recommend.

My only complaint is the front office staff is friendly but not very helpful. We drove around 3 times before we realized the space number is painted on the cement at the front of the space.
They have a lot of activities for the park because they send me an email for everyone. Their reservation and check-in is all done online. I guess that is why the gal at the front office just handed me the map and info and barely said anything to me.
Addendum: I think that maybe the office staff the day we arrived was not very good. I went in on the day of departure, asking to have an extension on our clock out due to my hubby up all nite puking. The gentleman understood our situation and allowed us to stay until 2 pm at no charge.
