What are the chances of finding a first in/first served site (for a Class C RV) in Late April in the evening? Does everyone typically arrive in the morning to try and secure a site?

On 4/28/2023, one of the reviewers (Julie Tom) said "First come this time of year yet it filled up quickly. We arrive at 1 and there were a few options."
