The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is in the beautiful north woods and there is lots to do in the area. Several hiking trails leading out of the resort. The WiFi was very reliable. We will definitely stay again.
We arrived about 5 PM on Wednesday looking for a place to spend the night while traveling. Google maps says it’s still 6 miles away from where it’s actually at so keep that in mind. Really one of the only viable camping options around the area of bend, can’t get close to the city without MORE problems. Out here lots of trash, and lots of campers, quite a busy area. Definitely open spots, good cell service.
I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #A50, a FHU, 50A BI site for $28 plus the National Park pass. The roads and site were asphalt.
