We had no problem finding this interesting state park as our RV GPS took us right to the gate and we had been to this campground (CG) two years ago. This time, we knew better than to park at the office's stop sign to register, which is where most CGs have you stop when registering. We have stayed here at least a dozen times now. We love the woods and lake views and how peaceful it is here. We usually stay overnight in our travels from Florida to Texas. Roads may be rough but we like the privacy of this park.
