Well we have been to Nehalem Bay four times now and each time we go to the beach entrance and there is no one surfing but I'm sure that doesn't mean someone can't, the waves Break about two and a half 3 ft tall way out and it's a it's right beside the jetty all the way to Garibaldi so there's lots of room for sure

Did not see any when we were there, but the waves were certainly big enough for it.
