We stayed here for a month while waiting on our home to sell.
Pros: It is convenient to interstate, Mylan Park Aquatic Center and stores.
Kids had fun riding their scooters in the pavilion at the end of the WVU Ext. Office.
The person who answers their phone is very pleasant.
They are in the process of building a KoA to replace the parking lot RV sites.
Cons: The parking lot is filthy; they should invest in a street sweeper.
The lines painted on the asphalt are so faded that no one would be able to read them to be able to tell where their actual site is located.
The electric/water/sewer are located at the very back of each site so be prepared with long cords/hoses.
No check in process to speak of. You show up and hook up without speaking to anyone.

The location is convenient an near to Morgantown and the WVU campus which is probably the best thing this site has going for it. Wifi and AT&T cell service were decent and the staff (over the phone) were pleasant.
Otherwise this is no more than a parking lot at an event center. Others have stated that they have some late night activities at the outdoor pavilions that can be disruptive but we were fortunate not to have to deal with any of that (likely due to the time of year). There was an event going on over the weekend indoors but that ended at reasonable hours.
They do have some long term RVers there as well. We had a site next to one. Some negatives is the utilities are at the back of the space with the sewer being excessively far away. I would have needed 40+ feet of sewer line reach the connection point for our site. We ended up not connecting our sewer and used a paid dump station on the way home. The long term RVers had an elaborate long PVC pipe setup with a sloping ramp constructed from lumber.
We don't have much desire to go back here, unless it is for the convenience of being near our son. I think my wife would rather pay for a hotel, but we wanted to take the dogs up to visit. One thing the staff had mentioned to us is that they are getting taken over by KOA for the camping aspect. There was a KOA coming soon sign along the access road in and I read they have a grant to develop the camp ground. So in the future, the camping area should be moving out of the parking lot and off into the woods somewhere. That would be a welcome improvement.
If you are bring a larger rig in, be sure that your directions route you in from exit 155 off of I-79. Morgantown is a hilly/mountainous area and some of the other roads are not ideal to haul a rig down.

My daughter goes to school in Fairmont and there are not a lot of campground options in the area, so decided to give Mylan Park a try.
Booking the reservation was online and simple, had reserved site 11 (full hookup site) for 2 nights, and received an email confirmation. This was the highlight of the entire stay.
Upon arrival, signage to get to the "RV parking" (as this is truly not a campground but indeed a parking lot with hookups) was lacking. The entrance to the park sits above the RV parking therefore you can feel your way to the parking lot. Upon arrival to space 11 we noticed what looked to be a long term occupant was parked in our space, however since there's really no check in process here and the phone number for the park goes straight to voice mail, we decided to look online, find another open space for the 2 nights, and simply park in one of those spaces.
There's a lot of construction going on at the adjacent community center, as by 6am you could hear hammering nearby, and a gas powered circular saw (sounds identical to a chain saw) running a little after 7am. Constant truck traffic in the parking lot as well.
We had stayed at a nearby Wal-Mart the night before and honestly, was a much nicer stay. There was more grass at Wal-Mart and the noise level was lower despite being a Wal-Mart. I think future stops in the area will be Wal-Mart overnights moving forward as I can't justify $40/night here. Maybe $10-15, but definitely not $40.

No RV signage. Go to 2nd Mylan Park road at the bus barn (Transportation Center) and turn right then 1st right after transportation center.
We found it while searching for full hooks up on cross country trip. It served the purpose. Some activists on the surrounding property, otherwise almost empty lot when we stayed.

Stayed in November, someone was in our reserved spot when we got there. Not all sites are full hook ups so check first. Its basically just a concrete parking lot though.

This is literally a parking lot. The officials did email to tell us that there wasn't any water hookups and that they would refund our money. Unfortunately we decided to go ahead with the reservation. This is a community center, so there are classes at night -- Tae Kwan Do. The Virginia University soccer team was practicing the night we were there. The restrooms were open all night, but needed to be restocked and cleaned. It would have been more acceptable if the price was cheaper.

We were looking for an easy stop to break up our trip east and Morgantown looked like a nice place with the university there. We found that Mylan Park Community Area offered parking and FHU's in their large parking lot. Just what we needed and it was during the week. This lot is used for football parking during home games. There is plenty of parking but only limited FHU sites. The parking lot is very level so set up is easy. Sites are back in. There are no amenities but power was excellent as was the water pressure. The park is very quiet and away from major highways but easy to access. Make sure you follow the signs and take the second turn into the park not the main entrance which takes you to all the other facilities.
