The road in is wide & leads directly to all the sites. The views to the south & west are the mountains & a golf course. (No worries of arrant golf balls!!) There is an airport on the other side of the golf course but it is small & does not have commercial aircraft. The park is located in an industrial area.
Sites & roads are rocked & utilities are well located. The biggest issue with the park is the sites are not level, primarily for the rear of your rig & they are right on top of each other with no barriers to separate them. With 3-4 exceptions, all sites are listed as pull-thru. However, there is a strip of grass, about 10 yards wide, between the roads. You are instructed to drive thru the grass but this concerns me as it is watered on a regular basis.
The office & laundry are well maintained & exceptionally clean. The laundry only has 1 set of machines but there is a setup for a 2nd. There is a small playground set but no other amenities. You are allowed to have mail/packages sent here.
We would have no problem returning for another stay but would not stay multiple days as we did on this trip.

The owners are friendly and take pride in their well maintained park. It’s next door to a golf course and has a nice view of the mountains. Each site has full hookups. The laundry room is modern and clean. Highly recommended!

It's still really early in the season. A lot of parks we've been to lately have still been closed or just opening up. We were supposed to boondock in Sinks Canyon State Park but a snowstorm was expected. So we decided to stay in Lander with some hookups.
The owner was extremely friendly. He constantly checked in with us and made we needed everything for our stay.
TMobile was sluggish but had good Verizon. They also had fast WIFI.
All the sites were pull through. The park is practically brand new. They had one washing machine and dryer but looks like they have the hookups for additional pair.
The park is located further off RT 287 than the neighboring RV Parks. So quiet at night.

Had ok T-Mobile 5G on phones and we used the panel antenna for our LTE router to get good T-Mobile data connection for online meetings. A quick Verizon check showed similar results. They have also decent WiFi, but we usually prefer to use our own equipment.
Will be back for sure, next time for at least a month!

This is a cute, small RV park right off Hwy 287 in Lander. The sites were level, pull-through’s with a pretty view of a golf course. Very convenient place to stay on our way to Cody, Wyoming. Highly recommend!

We didn't really plan on over nighing here but feel in love with the area. So we needed a place to stay and found this park. Great owners, clean, quiet, priced right. Good views.
