First of all, the parking lot for RVs and Semis is on the far East side of the casino property (not the overflow parking lot to the North). Overnighting is perfectly fine - we confirmed with security and this is our second time overnighting here. No check-in or permission is needed beforehand. It's just a dirt lot, so you'll have to dry camp, but it's safe with security patrolling the area and a great view of the mountains. Dumpster is located in the paved parking area for semis. There free shuttle pickup from the lot to the casino. The casino is located in the wind corridor, so just be aware that it can get pretty windy at times.
The Morongo Travel Center on the Northwest side of the Casino has really good gas prices compared to the surrounding area as well as propane, potable water, sewer dump.

Parking lots (to me) are always a crap shoot (no pun intended). This one paid off. I got there early, and scoped out the possibilities. Behind the bowling alley adjacent to the casino are two parking lots; one paved, one dirt and gravel. The paved one had several semis and a few large RV's. I drove all the way to the back of the gravel lot, away from everyone and away from the halogen lights (that often keep me awake at night). I parked parallel to the curb/burm. There was a nice breeze when I was there, the sunset was gorgeous and the sunrise almost as nice. a few more trucks and RV's came later, but nobody was close to me.
There was a nice place to walk my dog. Fast food just off the parking lot on the other side (many choices--I had Chipotle and Cold Stone Ice Cream for dessert). A security guard rode by a couple times, which made me feel safe, not harassed. Verizon got about 3 bars. Overall, nice easy stay. I can't find one thing to complain about. I can't give it 5 stars because it is a dirt parking lot, not a campground in the forest or by a lake, but for a free place to park, it was pretty damn nice.
Oh yeah. Don't forget to visit the dinosaurs one block to the west!

Large dirt lot behind the paved lot where the semis park. Lots of room and privacy. Shuttles to the casino.
Quiet and peaceful.
Large lot in back to walk dogs.

Easy access to the area. Best to part away from the pave parking lot. Semi truck park there and leave the fridge running. You can stay here free for 3 nights. There is also a free shuttle bus that will pick up and drop off. (1 888 667 6646) There is also a trash dumpster to trop off trash.

They are well set up for RVs of all sizes, with large fuel bays, easy and wide turning points, free RV parking, and, of course, close to the casino and all of its amenities. There is a dump station as well, I thnk it was $15 to use, pay inside first. The fuel area and dump station are separate from the RV parking lot, each on the opposite side of the casino, so not an easy trek, so pump and fuel up before you setup or when you plan to leave.
Overall, good quality, easy and free.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay! It was a large lot with a dirt area for over flow. Even though it was large it filled up quickly and the overflow area was even pretty full. No check in was required but you could call the casino and they would send a golf cart out to pick you up and bring you inside if you wanted to gamble or eat. The hardest part was finding the correct lot. I ended up calling the casino and they told me it was behind the bowling alley. Once we knew that we just went over to the bowling alley and saw the other campers and semis. We were worried it might be loud because of how busy it was but everyone was quiet and respectful. Felt very safe also.

It’s perfect place for dogs, even to play the ball with them Maybe the last reviewer was not at the same place at us. The exact coordinates are N 033° 55.409' W 116° 47.544'.
Here, isn’t at level like Fantasy Spring, but not so difficult to find a good spot. They have an excellent shuttle service. Plenty place, but windy.

Maybe the quiet RV parking is where they are doing construction now but there is no separate RV lot and NO quiet. So inappropriate to put RVs with dozens of semis. Worse than a rest area. All asphalt, not a spot for a dog to go. So sorry I didn't go the other direction to Fantasy casino! Semis dont spend as much in casinos as RVers, ... more

All asphalt, not a spot for a dog to go. So sorry I didn't go the other direction to Fantasy casino! Semis dont spend as much in casinos as RVers, I'm pretty sure. Why allow do many semis over RVers!? Miserable night.

We pulled into the semi & RV parking and the shuttle driver came over and told us to follow him, he had a flatter area. He took us down the road to another large parking lot (past the bowling alley). Several other RV’s- plenty of room & quiet. Super easy access to get back on I10.
