Our campsite was in the middle row, sandwiched between two permanent seasonal rigs (with built up porch structures and lawn tents). While the rigs were older, they weren't messy - but the spacing between their sites and our transient site was uncomfortable. We arrived late in the afternoon of Memorial Day, so only witnessed the very ends of the part weekend vibes of the place - several 'road beers' were crushed before the seasonal patrons headed home for the week. This park permits OHV riding to the local OHV trails, and even on weekdays several ATVs and OHVs visited the campground.
Our site's pad was very narrow and not well defined; the grassy areas surrounding the pad was very wet and our rig sunk in when we misjudged the narrow pad.
The dirt road throughout the park was puddle laden throughout our stay.
If you do visit this park, we strongly recommend denying the allure of a full-hook-up site (we wanted to do laundry before rolling out) and booking a lakeside site (electric/water only). If these aren't available I would look elsewhere. The lakeside sites were more spacious and no seasonal campers resided in them. The lake is lovely and your rig will back right up to it! There are some docks sporadically placed abutting campsites, so you might have small craft patrons walking through a site you're occupying.
Starlink was great here (no obstructions). Verizon was usable with 4 bars LTE.
We ended up forfeiting our reservation and leaving before the weekend rolled around because we value quiet and were not convinced that this campground would not get rowdy on weekends. On the weekdays were were here, we were pretty much the only people in the campground in the evening. It was very quiet (no trains or road traffic).

Right on the lakeshore. Quiet. Arrived without reservation but had to go online to register. We had a water/electric site for $30 but there were also sites available with full hookups for $40 and lakeside water/electric sites for $35.
Marcia would stay here again

Great location located in a quiet park in town right on the lakeshore. It cost $30 with electric hookup. Close to a very clean restroom and shower building. Just a couple miles off interstate 35. We were late season, September 1st, so very quiet. A few full time seasonal camps were there but with 70 rv sites it seems like there would be plenty of room. We stayed there a couple of years ago with our atv which worked out because we were right next to the Soo Line Trail. Great park that we will stop at again.
Craig would stay here again
