“A Bit Rough But Blocks From Beautiful Resorts”

Stayed here in a pinch on long road trip. Self pay service. Place is somewhat unkept and run down but to their benefit, this part of Iowa experienced recent record breaking flooding and devastation. Signs of damage were obvious here and surrounding towns, especially Spencer, IA. All sites have power, 3 have water. A public boat ramp runs down the middle of sites. Bathroom is old and janky with shower but doable if needed. $35 is definitely too much for what you get.
