Very pretty park with nice sites that weren’t on top of each other. Some nice grassy areas. Quiet except for some highway noise but it wasn’t bad late at night, plus I always carry Mack earplugs which help for that. I was only here overnight but would be happy to stay longer. The pool area looked good and in good condition, too. The only reason I gave this park a 4 instead of a 5 was because not all sites were full hookups but there is a dump station right here, and because of the highway noise.

We stayed here 1 night on our way back to Medford area. We did not experience any issues with management and actually had only telephone interaction with them which was professional and courteous. .
This park is pretty, a lot of trees and clean. It was quiet and though it appears many are long term residents, the sites are clean, clutter free and peaceful.
We did not use nor view any of the restrooms, laundry etc.. so cannot comment. They have a beautiful pool with a slide for the kids which looked well maintained and clean.
Where we became frustrated was with the fact that we were able to easily access our site, which was a pull through however attempting to leave was treacherous. The large trees, narrow driveways and sharp turns are absolutely not appropriate for a 5th wheel of 40 feet. My husband is an excellent driver and has pulled toy haulers and 5th wheels which are large for over 20 years. So it is not a lack of skill or experience which made this difficult.
The park should not accept this size RV. We were told that while we didn’t have sewer hookups, the park had a dump station. HOWEVER, the dump station is accessible by maybe a tiny camper but not much more. We weren’t able to actually tell if it was functional.
This was a huge negative as we had to search the area for a dump station which are few and far between.
Overall, if the management understood and communicated the limitations of this park to customers, I would find very little to be negative about. The grounds are gorgeous.
If you have a smaller RV and don’t need sewer hook ups I am certain you’d like this park (keeping in mind we did not see restrooms or laundry)

Management offered to escort us to our site but her golf cart was hemmed in. Not too much effort to level the rig. The grounds were beautiful with the fall colors, the lake, and wild turkeys. Tons of walking trails.

Nice people. Really helpful. They took care of us but that's the issue. The park itself makes it necessary for the staff to work harder. The issue is that most of the sites are not level. The park is built on a hillside which gives it a nice character but the maintenance staff has slacked on providing a nearly flat spot in each site. I use a level mate Pro so I have real data on the flatness of a site. We started in site 2 and could not find a location in the site that didn't need at least 4" correction in some direction. That doesn't sound like a lot but we are 26' class C with a short wheel base. Its usually a snap to locate a place on a site that doesn't require more than 2" of correction. With levelers, once you start lifting 4" your wheels leave the ground and your steps have a high last step. I'll do that on the front but I need the rear tires on the ground for the brakes. We ended up in site 11 and needed to put 3" of pads under each of the levelers on the passenger side to not run out of piston.
On the plus side, the Verizon data was over 100 MPS down and 15 MPBS up. Park WIFI, as usual, did not work. The families were loving the pool! They have a small fishing pond for the kids. Pleasant park but we move too often to fight to level a rig.

It’s about 1 hr 30 minutes to Crater Lake, which is spectacular. We had a great experience until check out. Check out was at 11am, but my sister in law had an impromptu business call with her boss at 11, so we had everything hooked up and planned to roll out right after her call. The owner came banging on the RV door right at 11 telling us we needed to leave immediately because another guest was almost there for that spot. I understand there is a check out time, but that was horrible customer service to not allow even a minute past check out time before she was banging on our door to leave.

We need a last minute spot with a 31’, two kids and a dog. Medford oaks was easy to work with and locals were very nice. Beautiful scenery to wake up to. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but they did look nice from afar.

We stayed Saturday - Monday, and the camp was perfectly quiet! Yet, our 12 and 13 year old grandkids rate this one a 10! The grounds are very nice, sites are shaded, and the facilities are very clean. Site accomodated our 36' 5th wheel. Laundry is $2.00 to wash, and $2.00 to dry.

“AVOID AT ALL COST BAD OWNERS”
noted 6/28/2023
Unbelievable rude customer service. Screamed in child's face "To get the fk out of her pool!" Screamed at numerous paying guests that are residing in the RV park to get the fk out including us that were guest of a paid RV tenant trying to have a friendly BBQ with 5 adults and 7 children. Which we never even got the food hot. We had nothing to do with the multiple groups of families at the pool and and were all sitting at a pinic table when she was calling people bithes and yelling f_k you in front of a dozen plus kids aside from my own. All unprovoked. She called the Jackson County sheriff's and told them we were trespassing and didnt pay....Then she left refusing to talk to them. They had TO CALL her and she still wouldn't return to the scene.
We gladly left and will not return. She also is overcharging guest, check website and your bill closely for sure. We made sure we were allowed to be their, it is open to the public with no fees for bbqing and a small fee for swimming/pond use which we would have gladly paid given the chance. No where does it state you have to reserve or pay to use the bbq area. The website encourages you to visit their BBQ area, we did we were told to get the f#ck out.
Avoid at all cost. The side of road is a better option... read other reviews those are not lies or exaggeration about the owner or people running this place. I was shocked and appalled and sadly entertained by her bewildering behavior if I'm honest.
“Service Dog denied”
noted 4/14/2022
I tried to make a reservation here. I have a service dog and was denied due to his breed. I have all the paperwork and his license and was still told I couldn’t stay here. Normally I would make a big deal about it because it is ILLEGAL to deny me based on his breed, but it wasn’t even worth it. I wouldn’t give these people the time of day or a second chance if someone PAID ME.
