There was a water fill for RVs to use a hose over by the dump station and showers. I didn't use it but my camping instructions said an RV could get potable water to fill via a hose there (of course, separate from the flush hose). It also said you were not to hook a hose to the potable water spigots throught the campground.

YEs, scattered through out the campground. You may need a "water thief" if the nozzle isn't threaded.

There are spigots throughout the campground, but I don't think you can hook a hose to them and fill your tank. You'll need a jerrycan or something to fill up.
