No potable water, but water for flushing tanks is there.

$10.00 fee to dump—just drop the money in the drop box provided. Convenient as it is just a couple of miles west of 395. Coming from 395, you turn onto Meridian Blvd before you get into the town of Mammoth Lakes. No potable water, but there is free water at Crestview Rest Area a few miles further north on 395.

When you turn into the Mammoth Community Water District parking lot, a sign directs you to the RV dump station. No need to go into an office, you put the $10 fee into a drop box at the dump station. No potable water, but you can fill your RV water tank easily at Crestview Rest Area about 8 miles north on Hwy 395.

An easy to get to dump station on your way out of town. None of the water was marked as potable, but there is a separate water fill up pump. You can see the dump station from google satellite view as the horseshoe drive way from the road in.

This was super convenient to dump our tanks. There is only one dump location, so I can see that this could be a lengthy wait. We were the only ones there for both dump and on our way in to fill our fresh water tank. There was no charge to fill our water tank, but there was a $5 donation for the dump. We paid, it was so nice and convenient we wanted to make sure it is kept open.
