The park is on a cliff above the Pacific Coast Highway, which doesn’t have a bike lane. Unless you’re comfortable riding on a highway with 50 mph traffic next to you, I’d leave the bikes at home. Also, the road has steep hills up and down, lotsa work for a cyclist. We had ours with us, but didn’t use them.

We didn’t end up using our bikes at all there. No real use for them in the park and nowhere to ride nearby!

Campground not big enough to need bike. Driveway to campground very steep for bike. This section of PCH is quite busy and parallel parking. Lots of seasoned bikers riding up and down PCH but not casual riders. If you are traveing coast definitely bring the bikes for those locations that have a nice strand riding area but no need if this campground only.

It really depends on what type of bicyclist you are. There are some incredible canyons immediately adjacent that we saw a lot of road bikes using (what a cardio work out!) If you are into more casual biking, you'll need to plan to take your bikes by vehicle to connect to any decent trails IMO. We were there for 4 days and never took our mountain bikes out.

If you have ebikes to help going up hill back to the RV park, plus PCH can be sketchy but is doable

Depends on your bike I think. If you mountain bike, you can bike to Solstice Canyon Park which is a 1/4 mile away and there are trails there to ride. You can ride along PCH but as noted below it is a busy State Hwy.

The entrance to the park is off the coast hwy

You can't ride near the park as there is no shoulder but you can take your bike to Santa Monica and ride the bike path for miles. Well worth it.

Yes, there are areas along the beach that you can ride bikes.
