“Flawed dump design”

Overall Rating
The dump station is up a curb and a pipe jutting up from the cement. That means a dump about a foot higher than the ground the tires sit on. Worse, the jut of pipe means that rinsing the area DOES NOT DRAIN. So your hose is sitting in a puddle of "whatever". Finally, only one hose bib for water - it's blue for potable but obviously wha... more
The dump station is up a curb and a pipe jutting up from the cement. That means a dump about a foot higher than the ground the tires sit on. Worse, the jut of pipe means that rinsing the area DOES NOT DRAIN. So your hose is sitting in a puddle of "whatever". Finally, only one hose bib for water - it's blue for potable but obviously what everyone uses for rinsing. With a trailer, your tow vehicle is sticking out into the entry drive.

“Parked and worked all day”

We didn’t use any of the facilities except for truck parking. Cell signal with AT&T was good enough to work all day including video calls. There’s also power near booths inside. You have to have a Love’s card for their WiFi though.

$10 to dump and fill. The dump station is in front of the pumps, so if it’s busy you might have to back your rig into position. Other than that it was a decent place.
