“Great Clean Park”

“Worst Winter Ever”

Avoid this place. New ownership and new management. Rude management. They have stated that they came into a mess but they are creating a bigger one. One of the managers, Kevin has gone after disabled vets, person with a speech impediment and even made a person with a true service dog leave the area. But many people witnessed his dog going into the rec hall where food was being prepared. He has told on woman her nose looked like a penis. The worst so far is the woman with a Trach Tube who was not notified when management cleaned her road Good management skills. Their web site states that they have all these different a they were going to clean her road. Check the pictures.Good. Management. They have also stated that the new owners have not raised rates. A falsehood. Check their web site on activities. Another falsehood. The garbage has gotten so bad that the smell was unbearable. Pictures again. If they are such great managers why can't they at least have the trash picked up more often? After we left the winter from hell, we have heard from other residents there that we are being accused of vandalism. Since pictures speak louder than words, we plan to request the video of my husband entering the men's room. This is what the campground is all about. These managers like to cause problems and create a very unpleasant living conditions. Playing some residents against other residents. Good management.
