We had to use risers under the wheels on one side of our 21’ travel trailer to level it but it was no big deal. It’s quiet. Lake Huron is beautiful and a great place to find rocks! Only reason for 4star rather than 5 is that the shower stalls are rather small and dingy but the rest of the bathroom is nice. Would definitely come again.

We have a 23’ MH and no matter what we couldn’t get within 6” level front to back on site 43.. Spent 30 minutes and finally got it 1” off with stacked levelers. Zero Verizon connectivity. The beach is small and rocky, not what I would consider a swimming beach, but no dogs allowed.

We stayed on the water and electric side (40). With a view of the lake from our fire pit. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach from our site. This park was very dog friendly, but no dogs on the beach. The bathrooms and showers were some of the cleanest I’ve seen. The park was well cared for and groomed daily. We didn’t have a reservation but found a site for 4 days. The park is in between two amazing small towns. I would absolutely stay here again.

This campground was a nice, pleasant surprise. We arrived after dark our first night and thought, “This is a little disappointing.” BUT when woke up the next morning, we looked around and saw a beautiful campground. It was located right on Lake Huron and the views were amazing & the couple taking care of it were very nice & friendly. If you’re a tent camper, you need to check this place. It was set up with the tent areas in the shade of the trees. The showers were small but nice and clean. If we did have any complaint I think it might have been a bit crowded on the RV side of the campground.

Couple of tips:
- Even sites all are in the correct side; odd sites need an extension cord most likely
-Pull in then check in. Turn around space is tight
