Overall Rating
I don't care when a campground is listed as "Home Sweet Home." We've been to several like that and they were decent options. But this place is the worst we've ever stayed at. I've never seen so many blue plastic tarps and associated junk.
On the plus side, our site was big and our FHUs worked great. The manager was very helpful. On the negative side, the mud all around our site was covered with wood shavings. Not mulch, but wood shavings. They get into your shoes and the dog's feet. We're still finding them in the RV. The campground is laid out in an odd way. We would never have found our site by ourselves. We thought it was a street. I didn't look into the bathrooms. I didn't want to.
The worst part is the train tracks that literally border the property. Every night multiple times. Don't leave your windows open at night.

Overall Rating
Quiet and large spaces. Snowed our first 3 days here. We are in a freshly excavated space so it’s muddy because of the snow. Lots of long term residence and some mobile homes still here. Wifi is ok and we are about as close to it as you can get, 4mbps download and 2mbps upload. Verizon is 2 bars of LTE but speed is not great, 5mbps download and .3mbps upload. Looks like there are lots of things to do around here but we haven’t been out because of the weather.
