Electric, water and sewer: no problem, concrete sites, they are close together, lake, pool, covered playground. Neat and clean. Had to pay $5.00 for the night to get WiFi for tv. Would stay again.

Just 1 mile away from I-10 it was a perfect convenient place. Large lots and a well maintained park. We paid $56 with Good Sam’s. VZ had only 1 bar and AT&T was all 4 at site 111. Free e-mail internet provided but if you need faster speeds you have to pay extra.

I couldn’t sleep the whole week of our stay. That’s why I will not stay here again. We stayed at park close by major interstate highways and never had such a problem to sleep like in this park.

We wouldn't consider this spot a destination, since there is very little in the immediate vicinity and the park has typical tightly packed pads, but it is a very clean, modern, and well-run private park conveniently located off of I-12. The park is easy to find and check-in was smooth. Our site was a level concrete pad with a modern utility post, which even had a built in light (handy for those arriving after dark). Sites are spaced fairly close, but not unusually so for a commercial park. Our utilities worked fine, and we found the bath house to be spotless and pleasant to use. The laundry facilities also looked clean and well-maintained. There are several gas stations at the I-12 interchange that can accommodate larger rigs.
We did not use the park's wifi since our signal on AT&T was more than enough for streaming.

Stayed one night. Friendly and efficient check in. Escorted to site. Pleasant setting. The swans were beautiful and the park is well kept. Will be adding as one of our layover spots.

Swans and geese swim happily and make good foto ops. Flat and wide cement pads, picnic tables on each site, spotless and landscapes beautifully. Good cell service. Pool open 9-9, playground was being upgraded/repaired. Pets OK/families. Inside campers lounge w/TV and sofas, separate activities room with tables for card games, patio with rockers facing lake. Very peaceful. We were pressed for time heading home on I-12 and Lakeside only about 1.5 miles off highway. Paid in morning when we left, exceptional staff. Spent more $ than we normally do in a campground, but worth the treat.

This was a nice and quiet park.
We were escorted to our site.
There weren't any trees to hassle with. We have a fifth wheel, so we come in at over 13 feet.
We would stay here again.

“No Mercy for Breakdowns”
noted 11/19/2023
Made a reservation on Saturday 11/18 for Sunday 11/20, one night in a park that is nearly empty. We broke down in Biloxi, Ms on the way to the park in Livingston, LA. Called BEFORE checkin time to see if I could get a credit, but no. I get that they made a reservation and deserve to be paid, no dispute with that. My Choices were cancel and lose the $44 or change to a best guess date for a $10 fee. If I cant make the date (no Dodge service open on a Sunday to have even a guess at what day we can travel again) it will be another $10 fee each time I change. And they would also charge me any additional rate increase on top of those $10 push a button fees. I opted to cut my losses and cancel.
And I also opted to write a review to let everyone be aware of this corporations policies. We will never stay here. BTW - they have all sorts of discount codes if you persist, you will find one. For November 23 the best deal is SALUTE20. The operators will not tell you this.
I understand the “no cancellation” and yes, agreed to it. But I don’t understand the no mercy for someone who just wanted to make it work in a few days.
They did tell me to have a nice day.
