My first post was not the campground. It is a day use area. The bathrooms there were locked, but there is a nice view of this small lake. We left the picnic area yesterday on the 15th and continued driving down this single lane paved road. We came to the sign for the Lake Marvin Campground. This campground is in a circle. Our spot was 4. I think 6 of the 12 spots are electric. The fee for electricity is $20 per night and free without. There is water at most sites. There are pit toilets, which were closed. Our site was just wide enough for our trailer. There was one pull through site and severeral other wider areas. The cell service was poor in #4. It can be used as a tent area also. My husband spent time picking up trash, and taking it to a nice garbage area near the spot.

This is a spot without electricity and water. There is a garbage, The camping area comes in a driveway, into 3 spots, like 3 fingers, wide, with large trees. They look like double spots, and can accommodate our 25 foot trailer and truck. The pit toilets were closed. There is a large grassy area and it was mowed. The lake is small with vegetation that has not been cleared for a long time. My dog could get to the water but I could not. It is considered dry camping when we are here July 14, 2020. I don’t recommend it in the heat without a generator. The area is quiet. You could tent camp but not without the toilets open. The area has grasses. I would return only in the spring or cooler fall, and only if I was in the area.
