This was our 2nd stay at this state park in 1 1/2 years. Site was paved, level, and big enough for our 30' trailer and pick-up. Excellent location right on the water. Neighbor on site#66 is pretty close for a state park.
Only had minimal OTA TV channels. AT&T signal was slim to none. My iPhone 7 showed "No Service" often, even with our cell booster raised above the camper. My wife's iPhone 11 seemed to do better, but sending text's were slow motion.
No WiFi here, and the cell signal was so weak our Nighthawk router could not give us enough WiFi to use the internet, or use our Fire Stick. I didn't have any notes from our last stay about the cell signal, so did expect to have enough to use the Fire Stick to at least watch bowl games, but that didn't happen.
Trails are short and not marked great, more like nature walks. Lots of people fishing. Our neighbor caught some Bass off the shore he cooked for dinner. There were some jet-ski's on our last day there, other than that is was very quiet,
As others have said, the roads in and out of the park are remote taking you through some older and some run down neighborhoods so don't be alarmed. It is about 15 miles to the nearest Walmart.
A nice park, we'll probably stay again during our travels. The lack of cell signal was really the only negative for us.

Call to ranger a few days before arrival let us switch to a near waterfront site that had become available.
Clean camp, nice lake. Could fish lake but did have skiers and tubes running most of Saturday. Still, would have felt safe in my kayak, SUP or Jon boat.
Only issue was intermittent cell signal struggled a few times, hot spot lost connection. Cell had 1 bar, 2 sometimes 3 with MIMO antenna connected.
Getting there: Little Rock Church road had lots of low coverage clearance hazards. Truck camper made it down Dixie Garden Rd, Sylvarena and 51 to Bahala and Timberlake to approach from the north. Road was a bit rough but was clear above.
Oh, was a little noise at night, somewhat late, 10-12, but conversational level, not rowdy or extremely loud.

We stayed Saturday to Monday. Saturday night the park was full & loud until 11 pm, radios and a campsite of musicians playing old country music. Sunday & Monday the park was only half full & quiet. Lots of trees for shade. Easy access to the park, friendly staff.

The road was a rough getting to the park but don’t let that discourage you, it’s worth it once you get there. Be sure to stop at Uncle Rays before you enter the park to get supplies, fishing bait and some really good food!

I forgot to add that we came in from the west and the roads were fine. We left going east and those roads were pretty bad. They had been patched but instead of potholes, you had anthills all over...rough at any speed. If you have the option approach from the west.

We were frustrated right off because we could not find any rates posted and in fact it said for campers not to paid with the day use envelope. We drove through the campground which was crowded on a Saturday night. Many sites on the lake had full hook ups. We decided to find the area posted as “Primitive”. It was close to the swimming beach and the restroom, but we had to park in a parking lot. The sites were walk in. We arrived late and left early so did not use much facilities. There was a nice playground, swimming beach, boat launch and dock. Except for kids playing late into the night it was quiet. The restrooms were pretty tired, not very clean, but well stocked. The shower had no privacy curtain. It seemed set up for swimmers at the beach rather than campers. It was an ok place for overnight, but expensive for a tent. They did have discounts in the campground for seniors and discounted weekly and monthly rates. If we had an RV, we would probably stay here again.
