We had a nice stay here. The campground was quiet as it was end of season. The sites are spacious, although as many other reviewers have pointed out, the access roads to some of them are pretty bumpy. The owner is super friendly and made sure we were settled before heading off for the evening. We had no issues with the wifi, although cell reception is patchy. There is s big lounge / games room, a well stocked library, laundry and spacious bathrooms. The upper level offer wonderful views, although the sites up there have E/W hookups only, but there is a dump station. There are not many places around to eat outside of summer, although the nearby diner is pretty good. We will definitely be back in the future.

We were traveling from Cleveland Ohio to New Hampshire and didn’t make reservations. On a whim we called this campground and the owner Mark answered. He gave us great directions and was waiting to take us to our lovely spot with enough time to settle in to enjoy a perfect sunset. Thank You Mark for your wonderful hospitality.

I didn’t check out the laundry facilities or the bathhouse. The gentleman who showed us to our site was very kind and friendly, but in the week we were there, we never saw or heard from the owner. The office hours are quite limited, so I’d guess that running into him is hit or miss. Our stay wasn’t awful, but we don’t plan to return.

Though it's no fault of the campground, the road detour signage made getting here nigh impossible. Drove an hour in the rain on tiny county roads before locating it, and then only thanks to guidance of locals. This is a full-timer sprawling rural RV village that seems to take occasional over-nighters who stumble on it. I never saw a lake, but it was mostly raining. $50 was too much for what we had: a place to roll up on the grass, with hookups (we only used the 30 amp). The road up to our site on a hill was rocky and steep, though easily navigated. I was glad not to be led to a site back in the woods (you got no choice). We were surrounded on all sides by long term residents, some of whom had decks, and many non-mobile rigs. Not to judge, but a shirtless tattooed middle aged skinhead using the washers in front of the bathhouse unnerved me (he was mad about something). The showers weren't any nicer than a cinderblock, cheaply rigged up bathhouse could be, but they were mostly clean. The owner and manager were both extremely nice. Maybe our experience colored by the hard time finding it and the rain. No Verizon signal. The wifi from the bathhouse didn't reach us. I seem to remember getting some OATV. It was quiet except for passing golf carts.

$20 was with Passport America Nice clean place. Staff was very helpful. Good location with Vermont nearby.
Great views from our spot. We are on the top hill. They also have some sites in the woods.
Poor internet.

Campground is very remote. Going in from the west be careful. Winding roads, steep hills, and a one-way bridge with 10'11' clearance. Best to go in from the north or south via Hwy. 22.
Campground is basic grass sites. Campground staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Used my Passport America 50% discount without restrictions.
