It is packed sand and dirt. If it is rainy and you are in a sedan I would stick as close to the main routes and main road as possible. I had no trouble in my car with a bit of overnight rain, but I didn't go down near the water.

No chance of getting stuck. It’s hard packed.

It is packed dirt and solid to drive on however if it rains I would avoid it.

I stayed there in October and it is easily accessible with any rig.
