We have been here a week. The new management is nice, and seem like good people who want to fix it up, but the place is full of permanent residents in ran-down dumpy campers. When we arrived, the police were arresting one who was drunk. We had to call management the second night due to neighbors who were partying loudly until 1:30am. I am currently trying to sleep, they are at it again. So glad we move tomorrow. They need to decide if they want to be a trailer park or a campground!
