You are in between Quartzsite and Yuma so plenty of options. Depends on if which direction you are traveling. Q to the north of Yuma south. We’ve done both in our travels. Like the other answer said RV Pit stop in Q is super easy to use and gets you in and out with water, dump, and propane. In Yuma we used the Speedway dump and water.

RV Pit Stop in Quartzite for dumping, water, and propane. I don't think they are open year round, but they do have a website. Also sometimes RV parks will let you dump and get water for a fee. You would just have to inquire about it.

RV Pit Stop in Quartzite for water, propane and dump. Transfer station north of town for garbage. Check the transfer station open days and hours online.
