Others were available, but management would not provide info for passwords because who knows why. Site was not near level, had to use blocks so that tires would not lift off ground during auto leveling. This park is mainly 90% full timers, which gives it a non maintained and cluttered feeling.

All disperse areas around Flagstaff we're not reachable, forest roads being closed up to May 1st, we had no other choice to pick the only camping available in the city.
1st sites are not cleaned, debris remain on the ground, inspect your site before backing up. Moreover our site was still having a big bump of snow in front of it so I had to backup at 45° angle through the next site.
2nd we had no electricity and had to pull in a 50ft 20 amp cord to our 15/30 adapter.
3rd, water plastic spigot broke in the first hour without any possibility to turn it off. I had to make a temporary fix to divert the running water out of our site. The service man came and fix it with some strong bond, he was very nice and this is the only reason I'm giving a 3 star.

Last minute choice, because we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Easy access to everything. A couple hours from Grand Canyon, but worth the drive. Also close to visiting with family in the area. Gas station right across the street. Only thing that was inconvenient was you had to walk a good distance for the trash.

“Terrible ”
Reviewed 12/30/2020
We paid before we arrived. The roads were snowy & icy. It’s really a trailer park - most sites have permanent units. We were scared to stay there with our kids & left after debating it for 20 minutes. The business refused to refund our $50 even though we did not use their facilities. Nearby KOA is great & safe better option.

Got a last minute reservation for the weekend after Labor Day when every other place laughed.
If you are looking for a KOA, then go to a KOA. If you want full hook ups, on a level site, that is shady, and quiet, then this place is a good option.

We needed to stop in Flagstaff for supplies and some shopping and wanted to plug in because the nightly temps were going to be in the mid 20's. None of the RV parks in the area had good reviews but this one seemed the least horrible. Well, it was pretty horrible. I can't imagine it being worse.
The place was gross, nasty even and a little scary. The whole place. A lot of the sites weren't working properly, ours included. I cannot imagine the sewer is up to code. It was basically a hole in the ground without a proper cover and overflowed when we dumped. We only had 2 days on the tanks so not even remotely full. The fresh water was right beside the sewer 'hole', which was also pretty gross.
It's full of long term residents, a lot of old and broken down trailers and overall very trashy.
The only good thing I can find to say about it is that my husband found the whole place 'fascinating', but not in a good way.
Don't do it. Seriously. Don't.

The manager Diane has no clue what people relations skills are and does not belong in the hospitality trade. We left within minutes of arriving there. The showers and laundry are filthy and you just don't feel safe
We thankfully managed to get a site at Woody Mountain campground which is next door.Clean, accomodating with competent staff
Kit Carsons should be shut down and Dianne should go and work with anything other than people.
You are warned!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.Oh they conveniently have a no refund policy

“Terrible Roads, Super Muddy And Unkept. ”
noted 3/10/2023
If you have a rig that has ANY value DO NOT STAY HERE! The Roads Are Super Narrow And Not Kept, Comparable To A Hunting Club Road System. I’m used to staying at unpaved parks, but this didn’t even have gravel. The Sites Are Super Small, Can’t Tell You If They Are Easily Accessible As We Didn’t Stay, We Immediately Left And Boon-docked At Sams. Had to unhook vehicles to navigate our way out. Do Yourself A Favor And Stay At The Sams Or Cracker Barrel, then find yourself a way better kept rv park.
“Called and emailed and they never responded”
noted 6/17/2021
I called several times and they didn't answer their phone once. I left a voice message and didn't get a call back. I sent them a polite email asking about availability and no response after several days. I understand that parks are busy right now but if this is any indication of their customer service then it doesn't seem like a good place to stay. I ended up booking the KOA down the street which has online reservations and responds to customers.
