Sites are all back in with only water/electric hook ups. Roads are wide enough that backing in is reasonable even for our 43footer. We were on the inner loop by the playground. I would have preferred the outer ring ring but it was ok. Showers and bathrooms were nice and clean. Grounds were pleasant with a nice bike path.

So we stayed in the inner ring of this campground and were surrounded by party people, noisy until 2am. We don't know how many people backed in to each site because it looked like 30. With that said, we would stay again but would choose the outer ring sites, it seemed much quieter and it backs up to a very nice grassy area and there is nothing behind the fence just an open field for the Kentucky Horse Park next door.
The site was tight for the 40' but doable. There is water and electric only, paved but not level (we didn't have problems leveling).
While we were there we had a siren go off 3 times and later found out it was a glitch in the Lexington town warning system.
This is a great base camp for anything to do with horses, we went to Keeneland race course in the morning and you could watch racehorses do their morning training. We visited Claiborne Farms which was very fun and we also visited Mill Ridge Farms and saw mares with their foals. So if you love horses this is the place to be. Check out the Kentucky Horse Park too, beautiful grounds and wonderful museum. They are closed certain days so make sure to check out their website.

This park is well laid out, with plenty of space between sites. Very nice showers. Free WiFi that allowed basic emailing, etc.

Asphalt and grass in the large sites. Large trees for shade. No sewer connections, only dump stations. I was thinking about extending our stay, and thought it would work because the park was only about a third full in late September. But the management was sure that it was all reserved for the coming weekend, until after questioning more they said “site 20” had room. But when I said ok I want it, they responded that they couldn’t (wouldn’t?) be able to do so, I needed to call Reserve America to get it done! There were 3 calls ahead of me, and I gave up holding and instead called another park and moved out.

Long, paved back-in sites with water and electric, including 50 amp. Dump station in the park. Picnic table and fire ring. Sites are good sized with a lot of space between sites.
Clean & well maintained.
Water pressure is very high. Be sure to bring a regulator.
Pretty park and one to visit again for a longer stay.

It's summer in the South, and the sinks were littered with dead bugs (among other things). We've visited the Horse Park several times, and this RV park is right next door. So I guess we'll be back -- maybe in the spring or early fall.
