The staff was extremely friendly- they have a supply of books and dvds you can borrow in the clubhouse which was fun. The laundry facilities were very clean and convenient to use. Showers and bathrooms in the clubhouse as well as a kitchen you can use. Very well kept sites as well. We stopped at the national monument down the street and got free access with our America the beautiful pass- fun find! Would 10/10 stay here again!

Very clean facility with full hook ups for $35. Plaster for the kids. Trails to hike. We did lose power to the campsite so had to run the generator for a while but would stay again if we were passing through again.

We stopped in between dispersed camping to charge/clean up. Everything is clean here. Easy pull through sites. Easy to find. Charming management. They accept Passport America. The fuel at the intersection is cheaper than any where else in the area. The Pipestone National Monument is interesting. They have showers, cooking facilities, book & DVD library. The water tastes great. Sunsets were nice. It's on a rise so you can seem much of the Arizona Strip to the south. At most it was 2/3 full but evenings were always very quiet
Downsides: Goat heads, they're here. Wind. Calm while we were here, but it is high and open. 1-2 bar 4G Verizion.
This will be one of our regular rest/recharge stops.

Their shower was nicer than mine at home! They had free events at the park, homemade cookies and coffee every morning, along with a fridge and pantry of free items to use. We felt very safe here. We (and many others) were unable to have our awnings out at all b/c of the high winds. RV would shake a lot at night from the winds. Our phones did not work at all. It’s a little ways from the city but we stayed for the amazing location centered in between all the national parks and famous hikes!

Felt safe and comfortable the entire week we were there. Some days the wind really ripped through but that was everywhere in the general area.
Centrally located to it all… It felt like we were about an hour from everywhere. Zion, Lake Powell (windy but hot), Horseshoe Bend, North Rim (2 hrs), 30-40m from big towns like Hurricane and St.George.
Zero issues when connected to wifi, but it was about 20 mins in either direction to get signal using verzion.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kids played at the park until 10pm almost every night, and because the tribe practices no light pollution the Milky Way was as bright as we’ve ever seen it.
There are 2 dirt pull through parks near Kanab for double the price and not nearly as nice!!

Sites are full-hookup, pull-thru & large. No grass, everything is gravel. Sites are level. EXCELLENT price for site/amenities!
Staff is friendly & you are allowed to have mail/packages sent here. Nice walking trail going towards the convenience store as well as the opposite direction. StarLink worked well & the campground itself has no obstructions.
There is a mobile detail service based out of Kanab, UT that is allowed to wash inside the park. He has his own water/power & did a great job for a reasonable price.

Nice, new campground. Neat, tidy 50’ish sites. 16 tent sites. 2 cabins.
All sites pullthru. $25 full hookup. Great ‘community center’. Has laundry, coffee center, kitchen, lockable individual showers, toilets, covered seating area with fire pits Also has tent sites & 2 cabins. Friendly, helpful staff
On Indian reservation, as is nearby gas station- so diesel here is 25 to 50 cents cheaper than I saw in the way. And free bag of ice if you pump 10 gallons
At this price, full hookups in this area is unheard of. We’re 30ft fifth wheel & F250 , and sight was longer than combined 50ft length
Verizon & Starlink worked well. Tried site wifi, usable for email etc, but not an online meeting
