We stayed at the end of November to mountain bike the White Mountain trails. At this time of the year, the park is very quiet - mostly occupied by full-time residents, many of whom had winterized and stored their RVs for the winter. We were assigned one of their short-term spots ("A, B, & C") by the office, but were reassigned prior to arrival to site #9. All of the sites are decent and fairly roomy.
Positives: (1) Location - very convenient to town and within walking distance of the beautiful Show Low City Park (if you have a dog, you MUST visit the dog parks there), (2) Very quiet and peaceful, (3) Extremely clean - the park is very well maintained. We did not use the bathrooms, but the laundry room was one of the nicest we've seen in almost 100 parks, (4) Very pleasant camp hosts.
Considerations: (1) If you stay this time of year, the office is only open for part of the day. However, camp hosts are very responsive by phone or text, (2) Avoid sending packages or mail to this park as delivery services in Show Low are hit or miss (personal experience), (3) The park no longer has cable and your antenna will reach 3 channels, at best, (4) Cell service is limited - no T-Mobile and weak AT&T and Verizon without a booster. With a booster, we were able to use Verizon for calls, video calls and some streaming.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here!

AT&T WiFi is decent enough for me to work all day off video calls. The RV Park is gravel but very nicely laid out. There are full timers here but the park is super clean and well kept.

The neighborhood is a bit loud at times but it wasn’t intrusive. The sites are not huge but I didn’t feel squeezed in. Most who stay here are full- timers but there are sites for those of us just traveling. Excellent bathroom and showers, it’s a great place for full hookups and a long weekend in Show Low.

We booked in advance to visit friends who live nearby and stayed the week before Xmas 2019 and were allocated site C. On arrival site C was already taken and we were given site B which was a bit bigger and our 30ft 5th-wheel and truck just fitted. These sites are used for overnight spots and are situated at the entrance of the park, the rest of the campground is for permanent residents. The office for checking in is not open every day and there is a phone number on the door to call Jack, who was very friendly and helpful, to check you in. Our big problem was that our cell phone uses TMobile and this network is not recognised anywhere in the town of Show Low!! So we couldn't call Jack and we waited around for about 15 minutes before another resident walked past and directed us to Jack's residence. This is not a criticism of the campground, it affects the whole town and it was also awkward to make arrangements to see our friends. There are only 2 networks available in Show Low, one is Verizon and the other one I've forgotten.
We enjoyed our stay at K-Bar, it has a nice laundry and the showers were clean and hot, wifi was fast, cable TV needed a box provided by and installed by Jack. It was very quiet and peaceful in December.

We picked this park due to previous positive reviews. Upon arrival Jack, who runs the place, had to be called to come to the office and check us in. He made comments about the park being full related to why he was putting us in one of their 3 "overnight" spots. When we called to make a reservation 4 months prior, in January, we specified we needed additional parking in advance of handing over the credit card number. We were assured there was room. There's not, not in our spot at least. This is a full time park with a few spots for short time stays. Some of the full timers here have let their place go or it's cluttered with yard crap. The driveway through the park is narrow and windy. Advertised as having cable but it didn't work without a box. The appartment complex across the street is pretty run down. The gravel used in the drive is great for vehicles but hard on the dogs feet. If they hadn't charged us in full when we reserved I definitely would have cut this stay much shorter.
