Yes, absolutely. As noted, use commonsense and be mindful of your neighbors. Use an appropriate generator and not an open-frame one. That being said, if you give yourself and your neighbors enough space. It is not difficult to give yourself space during the shoulder months, but harder in-season so be aware.

I agree with the answer by Michael. There have been people who run the generator at all hours though. Very annoying. Happened once when I was staying there.

Limited rules but it's basically being considerate for your neighbors. Many are there to get away and appreciate the quiet time. If you're going to run a generator camp some distance away and be aware of the time as if you're in the city.

If this is where i think it is, best guess generators not prohibited but they are noisy and JTS is more of a parking lot than individual camp sites.

No issue with any generator, though your neighbors will thank you if you find a spot a bit farther away. Lots of choice. I always suggest walking around a bit to look for good spots before taking the first one you see.

Yes. I just packed out this morning from there. You don't hear many generators as most campers are off grid here and seek out this space for that reason. But those who do follow the courtesy of morning and evening hours. Larger rigs with generators tend to stay closer to the road, while more off-grid go deeper in. Hope that helps.
