This a great park close to Mobile and gulf coast activities. The beach was a good 30 min drive because of stop lights. There are plenty of nearby amenities in Foley. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping in Foley and the entire area is really nice. Fairhope is a super cute little town you should not miss.
As for the park, I have never seen a better pool in any park. For the kids they have large water slides and a kiddy type section with sprinklers. They have a separate pool area with a lazy river and it was incredibly clean.
I didn't check out the laundry but there is one onsite as well as propane. All of the buildings and grounds are very well kept up and the park is immaculate.
There are lots of permanent and long term residents but their RVs are all newer and their spots are not junky at all.
The downside of this park is it is very tight. They are really packing them in here and there's no space to stretch out really. The roads are narrow and a little small to navigate but I saw plenty of big rigs so people must get it done.
There is a small dog park for the pups and there are sections of beach 30 min away where dogs are allowed.
I didn't use their wifi. Cell was good for Verizon (17d/l) but ATT was really bad for data speeds (1.6 d/l). ATT voice was fine. I didn't try T mobile.
Tons of cable channels and solid 50 amp power. Cement pads were in perfect condition and very level. I would stay here again if I wanted to stay in the area. I found the price very reasonable at $35/night for the weekly rate.
Jess would stay here again

“Good park for kids”
Reviewed 8/6/2015
I arrived after 5 PM and located the late arrival box with the site info. There was a person coming out of the office as I was walking away and they pointed out on the map the best way to get to my site.
Getting to the site was ok but getting in was a tight squeeze due to the 2 pickup trucks on opposite sides of the drive hanging over the edge of the driveway. The sites are close together but they all have concrete pads in good shape, a picnic table and a small grassy area at each site. Getting set up was easy, my site had 50 AMP electric, water, sewer and cable TV. The sites are oriented north to south and there is very little shade so the sun is cooking you all day. There aren't any permanent sites but a local told me they pay the yearly rate and never have to move. The park does have a rule that if you are staying less than a month you may have to move sites but I didn't see that happen the week I was there.
The park was clean and they pick up the trash every morning, all you have to do is put it near the road before 10 AM (no walking to the dumpster). There is a dog run, a club house and laundry facilities ($2.00 per machine), I only used one dryer and it worked very well (hot!) and I was able to take my clothes out before the dryer finished. There are a lot of golf carts driving around at all times of the day and night but the quiet hours are enforced and it was quiet during those times.
They have a small waterpark with 3 water slides that are approx. 20 ft. high. My grandkids and all of the other kids (including the young at heart) really enjoyed the slides. There is also a lazy river that goes around the pool and a splash area the kids can walk through.
Foley is south of the park with the Tanger Outlet for the shoppers. Foley also has all of the normal chain restaurants and fast food. There is the famous Lamberts Restaurant where they will throw the rolls at you if you want, the kids love that part. The food is home cooking type, I enjoyed everything I had and left completely full.
The Gulf beaches are further south and are some of the whitest beaches in the world.
I gave the park 3 stars due to the small sites and tight site access. If you have kids or grandkids they will love staying there as long as they like the water.
