Can ride bikes, but will be on path next to main highway. Airport is next to park so some airplane noise. Nice clean grounds and bathrooms. Excellent dog area and playground for kids. Beautiful lake and most sites are paved and have tables. There are a lot of seasonal people here, but their sites are nice and clean. Security patrols regularly and guests have gate access code to enter campground. We stayed here twice for several days and is a good location for doing things in Palm Beach area. Will stay again and highly recommended.

Adjacent to the park is a municipal airport w/ 5 flight schools, both fixed-wing and rotary. Most days there are tons of flights and helicopters practicing hovering, etc. I love aircraft but this was a bit overwhelming.
Many campers have bright lights outside, all night :(
Quite a few dogs off leash even though they are supposed to be.
Restrooms fine - some dated. Showers had good pressure and as warm a water as you wanted.
Cell service, Verizon varied from 1 bar LTE to 2 bars 5G - there is full strength 5G just after entering the campground - parking area there where I could do Zoom calls, etc
Paths in adjacent John Prince park are good for cycling and walking.
Campground and park are on Lake Worth which was nice to walk for birds and boats
Lots of stuff nearby, including lots of traffic (could hear traffic noise most of the time)
Very few campground organized activities
Quite a few people are regulars, meaning they return every winter. Some families.
All in all it was ok - we had to stay for some medical appts and procedures for my husband - else I would not stay at a campground like this

There are full hookups. Back in and pull thru spots. The smaller spots are in the front and I have seen some tents up there, while the bigger rig spots are way in the back. It’s pretty quiet nice lake for fishing. Place is great nice laundromat and very affordable. Also has a couple playgrounds for the kids!

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in the sites #45 and #48, E/W, BI sites for $44/night. This is a larger campground with lots of long term, monthly sites. The section for short term stays is close to the water which was nice. Roads and sites were asphalt. Site 45 was located on a circle so it was very easy to back in. There is no privacy as it is situated right by the entrance to the circle and one of the main campground access roads. This site didn’t have shade, but others had full to partial shade. The fire pit is shared among all the sites on the circle and is located in the center of the ring. The park is pretty noisy. Between car, truck, RV traffic, boats, planes (next door to the airport), trains and jet skis, it gets loud outside. Bathhouse was clean. I didn’t use the showers. The laundry was good sized, but half the machines didn’t work. Given the size of the campground, there was always a wait for the machines. Lots of OTA channels, moderately good wifi, 3 bars LTE with Verizon (I was able to stream later in the evening.) I extended my stay a couple of days and had to move to #48 which was right on the water. It’s a really nice site with lots of room, a good view and had a double wide asphalt pad. The park itself is great with lots of acreage and loads of activities. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic campground. We had a site that backs up to Lake Osborne. Paved pad with full hook ups. Wide spacious site. Plenty of wildlife around including alligators in the lake. We did not see any, great lake for fishing. Boat launch in campground.

As others have said, this is a nice county park that can be a great stopover point. The lakefront sites have the most room and best view. However, the park is close enough to I-95 and a few other large local roads that, to me, there’s way too much road noise to sleep at night.

We are in the middle of a four month stay. To verify other reviews, the campground and bath houses are clean the vast majority of the time. To contrast other reviews, yes, there are loops where the campsites are close together, however there are other spots in the park with fairly large sights and plenty of shade. We recently switched to T-Mobile for their 55+ plans and have not been disappointed with the throughput of our LTE and 5G hotspots (iPhones). During the winter much of the campground is filled with campers staying longer term, but each week so far we have seen a steady a stream of campers staying for just a few days. Campground is gated and is quiet at night. The only real noise comes from a municipal airport adjacent to the campground.
