They put us in A25 for the moment that site is flooded bc of a leaking water connection. The grass at A25 was calf high and needed to be cut. We were able to move to our original site when they finished we moved to A9. They didn’t clean most of the tree twigs or anything after cutting down the tree. Our site also had no fire pit and we had to go get it from a place that it was moved to. Campground isn’t kept up in any way. A lot of teenage kids run this place. At check in we were not informed of any of the parks attractions or things to do. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Site was not level.

None of the pads were close to level. Water hook ups were offset so 100ft of water hose is required for half the sites. Shower facilities smelled like urine. There was trash everywhere. The list goes on...

The campground was very crowded. Sites are not secluded and face other campers. Our site had full hookups, but the water was on the opposite side which was inconvenient. We were unable to pick up any channels on our antenna. Others claimed to have 4G LTE, however, we did not. There was a lot of traffic in and out. The lake was very pretty and we enjoyed hiking on the trail around it. It rained which made our site very muddy.

Wildlife though out park but we did not see any. Bear warning was noted. Close to Loretta Lynn’s birthplace and many more points of interest. Very quiet while we were there in September.
Take North entrance off US23 for closeness to campgrounds, south entrance is long way and winding blacktop road along Lake.

Most and I use the term loosely, most sites are somewhat level with all blacktop pads. Loop B and most of C have sewer hookups and Loop A has the most level sites and a few pullthru's, but no sewer hook up. All have 30/50amp hook up and water. No cable TV or WiFi and cell coverage is somewhat spotty depending on your carrier.

Section A has no sewer. Section B ALL have sewer. Section C has Sewer up to the bath house. Good info to know. Otherwise you need a portable sewer tank.
