Tips - Call to make reservations versus using online site to make sure you get a site which will accommodate your rig.
Favorites - Location close to Kings Bay, seashore, and local natural attractions.
Negatives - The site we were assigned is significantly shorter than advertised. We were able to get our rig into the site but there is absolutely no room to spare or store our TV. Lastly, the dump station was not designed for todays rigs. The station's approach is far too short with too drastic a curve to allow for the dumping of 40' and up rigs; oh and they put the parks dumpster on the approach curve to boot.

There was free breakfast in the morning. There also was a pet rabbit that ran wild. The negatives were 1. Our site didn’t have a sewer hookup (there was a dump station). 2. The 30 amp power supply didn’t work (we did have an adapter). 3. The site was unpaved and not quite level. Overall, an above average campground.

This is our second stay here, First was past Nov. This is a nice park for a quick stop or a longer stay. The sites are good size lot's of big Pine trees, nice Dog area, Swimming pool and camp store. Our only complain last year was the quality of the bathrooms mid park. They have been doing a lot of work in the park. That restroom/Shower building is now closed for either a remodel or complete building. The bathroom at the camp store have been completly remodeled. They are also working on improving the electrical and water hook ups.
We will continue to use this campground when in the area

We stayed here for a little family meet up. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and we enjoyed the pool. The Campground it’s self was blah. Cramped and in need of a little TLC.

Our grandson LOVED this park, didn’t want to leave. Pool with a slide, playground, putt putt, bounce pad! Sites are nice and large, shaded. Little road noise from the interstate but not horrible.

We did have to use our Anderson Leveler and unhitch for fore-aft leveling. Rate is for full hookups before member discount. This keeps rising and is really pushing it. We assume this is based on location, it's the only reason we will return. For this price some gravel or even pavement would be appropriate.
We were advised at checkin the restrooms are open but some are being renovated and are a "little rough at the moment". We didn't explore this. Others below have commented on the condition of the restrooms. They seem to be listening.
We passed on the free breakfast this time. We've done it in the past and it was ok. Lots of kids on a Saturday and we were not in the mood for the circus this usually result in at a free breakfast bar. We have also done the pizza in the past. It was good and would order again but we are trying to clean out the leftovers in the fridge.
Hey, it is KOA.

The staff was very friendly and grounds are well maintained. They also had free breakfast- pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy. The biggest issue is the bathrooms. They are definitely old and in need of remodeling. the showers were in really bad shape- dirty and moldy.
