this park ws easy to locate. Full of friendly people...lots of room for our 5th wheel in there short term pull throughs. there was no fire pits at the sites however there was a large fire pit with plenty of wood next to it at the top of the meadow. The owner was a delight.

We stayed her a little over 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. We came in very last minute because of my husband's job and they were able to bounce us around the park until a long-term spot opened up or us. While it wasn't exactly ideal on our part, they were super accommodating so I can't really complain. Keep in mind, I'm reviewing this park as a long-term resident. For overnight stays, the pull-throughs are super easy to get in and out of and are across from a huge field you can let your dogs run in.
Pros:
- Spacious spots: You definitely had room to spread out. We had room for a pet fence and clam with a 40ft rig.
- Dog Poop Situation: For long term stays, they take your dog's DNA and put it into a system. There is a hefty fine if they find your dog's poop, but it means the park is essentially dog poop free. If you're someone who picks up after their dog or doesn't have one, you'll understand why it's so great.
- Residential Internet: It was cheap and easy to get it installed, works great, and is a month to month contract. We're not used to that as people who are constantly traveling and use hot spots and starlink.
- Close to Greenville: Everything worth visiting is basically 15 minutes away so you can't beat the location.
- Trails: My dogs and I took the 1 mile loop every day which runs along as stream and down by the river. They really enjoyed playing in the water.
Cons:
- No real amenities (laundry, bathhouse, clubhouse etc)
- Trees everywhere (while a pro for the heat, didn't work for Starlink)
- Some of the spots are a bit trickier for big rigs. We have a 40ft 5th wheel and while we're comfortable with parking it, there were some spots in our bouncing around stage that really sucked to get into. It was mostly our height that was the issue (13' 5") so just be aware of your abilities and lower branches before parking. Honestly I think we might've been the tallest rig in the park so I don't really blame them for this, and they were willing to cut down any branches we needed them to.
- While everyone seemed very nice and friendly, it feels like a residential neighborhood so it doesn't have a huge community feel. However, it could've totally been due to the heat keeping people inside as we were there in summer months.

Nice, quiet place. Heavily wooded. Many long-term residents. Rough, uneven dirt trails. Appreciated being greeted and guided to our spot, as I would have had difficulty identifying it otherwise. All hookups worked well with easy access. Bonnie was very kind, clear and helpful with our arrangements. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful park! The reviews do not do justice! If you love beautiful scenery, this place is all that and more. And the price is amazingly low for the view alone!

While our initial impression upon rolling in was 'welp, here goes another sardined RV park on a hill', we were pleasantly surprised after passing by the first section that seems to house seasonal residents. Transient rigs are placed in ~6 pull-throughs beyond the office backed by a large, sloping field. It was quite beautiful, although the hook-ups (30/50, water, sewer) at the sites point you away from the view of the field if you are a Class A.
Our site, 301, was very unlevel gravel/dirt - but we were able to make it work. You are provided decent enough space between your neighbor - ~30 feet, and a picnic table. There are communal fire pits that are supplied with wood.
There is a ~mile long trail, some of it strung with lights, at the back of the park featuring a music stage/community gathering/party area, and a few cute seating areas (one even has a firepit!) overlooking the river that backs the park. There is a cow pasture neighboring the property.
The noise here was... interesting. Highway noise was apparent and picked up in the mornings. There is also the frequent mooing of cows (why are these cows so loud? I've never heard so much mooing from cows!) and a donkey that liked to make his presence known a few times a day.
We enjoyed this park, but definitely noted that it needs some work on the driveway in/out - which is very potholed. For us, the runnability of this park was another big negative. While the mile-ish long trail is cute, there were no other running options as the main road to the park has zero shoulder (not the park's fault of course). The potholing, general traffic noise, unlevel site quality, and lack of runnability brought us to our 4-star rating here (we might even venture to 3.5 stars) - but we can see why for some it is a 5-star park.

We stayed here for 5 months while under a contract for work. Quiet, clean, wifi was good, had many trails for walking, good sized pond for fishing. Large spots, not right on top of each other...twice daily trash pickup from the site. Convenient location to the interstate and town.

Park is less than 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Great place for short term stay. We have stayed there for months while working in the area. Friendly people, hiking and fishing. Owners are friendly people.

We didn't even get a chance to book a site because whoer we spoke to on the phone kept interrupting. I understand that you may not have availability, but how you treat people who are even interested says a lot about you.
