OK transit stop from Idaho Falls, ID to Carson City, NV for one night. The staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The small store had the basics I wanted to pick-up (ice and such). OK transit stop from Idaho Falls, ID to Carson City, NV for one night. The staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The small store had the basics I wanted to pick-up (ice and such). I had booked a Premium Big-Rig pull-through, but the site (#38) barely accommodated my 35’ Class A pulling a ½ ton pickup. My ½ ton’s tail was out in the fire lane, despite me pulling in as far as I could while still reaching the utilities (20’ sewer and 25’ water line, elec was OK). Heaven help a 45’ towing anything. Further, the site was so unlevel, I had to ramp my front tires to keep them from hanging mid-air, and block my front jacks so they could get me level. Lastly, the exit is a challenge as the overgrown trees block your view of oncoming traffic. Other than that, it was a quiet, uneventful stay. I just learned I’ll be making this trip somewhat frequently, so will be trying another park in Elko next time.

I really wanted to love this place but it was a miss besides the convenience and cleanliness. There was an itty bitty pool that was LOADED with loud children. No easy access to stores or dining (campground has a small store - it had items one could typically purchase from a vending machine).
Cable, electric, and water were all easy to access. Parking was paved and level. For the night it was “fine” but I had hoped for more.

We stayed one night here, it’s a nice looking park convenient to town and I-80.
$70/night seems a bit steep for being in the middle of nowhere

Called to reserve a spot for same day. Easy on and off of I-80. Had a pull thru gravel site. Each site has a concrete pad and picnic table. Had room to maneuver our 40’ 5er.

I would advise a reservation but their website is easy to use and you can pick a site. Backin sites have a bit more space and plenty of depth. They are cheaper than the pull through sites but not as level. Still it's not that bad that you can't quickly level the rig. We didn't use it but the clubhouse was very nice and spacious. T... more
I would advise a reservation but their website is easy to use and you can pick a site. Backin sites have a bit more space and plenty of depth. They are cheaper than the pull through sites but not as level. Still it's not that bad that you can't quickly level the rig.
We didn't use it but the clubhouse was very nice and spacious. The game room looked good also. There were also a couple of hot tubs that looked inviting.
The only downside was there is a train not far off but it was less than 1 per hour so not a deal breaker. We would stay again.

Just off the I-80, easy check in but advise to make reservation online. Gravel site, almost level. Very strong water pressure, have a water regulator.

Nice place. We had a very level spot. Paid a little more for a pull through site so I wouldn’t need to unhook for only one night.

We loved this park. There were two sewer hookups so you could have one for each bathroom if you have two. Check-in was easy and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. Park was quiet both day and night. Clean too! We were only there for one night.

We stayed one night while passing through on our way to Wyoming. Self check-in via the link in our confirmation email = contactless check-in. Process was VERY easy and efficient. You will hear some noise from the train and I-80 due to proximity to the campground but I HIGHLY recommend campers purchase a white noise machine and you will not be bothered by such noises. (we use one from Amazon called Adaptive Sound Technologies Sound+Sleep SE Special Edition High Fidelity Sleep Sound Machine with Real Non-Looping Nature Sounds, Fan Sounds, White, Pink & Brown Noise, & Adaptive Sound Technology)
Had a brief encounter with front desk staff on our way out and she was very nice and friendly.

The place is very well maintained and clean. I'm usually a deep sleeper but the trains passing by and blasting their horns all night didn't let us sleep.
