We’re in a tall truck camper needing 13’6” clearance. Are there low hanging branches or any other clearance issues?

Many sites are wide open. Best to check the satellite view for a particular site. Note that the reservation site has pictures for each site, and there is a map in the Campendium photo gallery that will help orient you to the satellite view.

No clearance issues, can park at picnic area and, short walk to scout camp site. Caution for a couple sandy areas past the main campsites.

I do not recall any clearance issues. Our trailer, though not as tall yours, is11'6" tall, bumper to bumper (includes tow vehicle) is 49' long. There were Class A motorhomes in there, not sure of their height, but probably taller than us.

You will have no issues. Mostly because there are hardly any trees! :). Road can be a bit gnarly in places, but this is one of our favorite boondocking places.

You should be fine - we have a Dodge truck with kayaks on the roof & a 22’ trailer and had no issues. I did post a video on here - can access on a computer.

No, there aren't any overhangs from the highway to the campground. Just make sure you have some ground clearance to get through a couple 12"-16" ruts just inside the gate.
