Quick Summary - Really nice highway rest area with area just for RV/Cars with Trailers that is away from the Semi's.
It's a highway rest area, so yes, it has traffic sounds and semis.
To echo another reviewer, this place has a 2-hr restriction, but it's a lovely place to stop for a rest if you need a mid-day nap or little bit of rest while driving at night. I was exhausted when I pulled in and definitely stayed over the 2hrs without anyone bothering me, but likely I just got lucky.

Overall Rating
We were surprised to find a rest area with a section devoted to non-commercial trailers. There were 10 spots total and one was ADA (marked and wide). When we arrived, we were the second in the lot at 9:30 PM. When we left a few hours later, there were still six free spots. This lot was closest to the highway, so it was not quiet, but if you are on a long trip it's still a good break.
