Overall Rating
I love going back up into this lake but you better have a high clearance vehicle and be prepared to go slow. There are no hook ups of any kind. On top of the damn area has some beautiful views of the lake when it’s full. They added some porta-potties which may not be there now.
It’s remote….every time I’ve gone I’m usually all by myself across the entire lake. The night sky is amazing and it’s extremely peaceful.
Just remember this is hard to reach and very primitive camping but a camper can make it if you are slow enough and have the clearance.
PHLAK would stay here again
