To get this this piece of heaven coming from the south you travel about 40 miles on dirt road. First part of the dirt road is nice and wide, well groomed for the miners, second part is not so maintained, more pot holes, it's a slow go. After getting to the dot on the GPS, thank you to the previous person because yes, you must drive further to get to the road down to the falls. There is a marker on the side of the road that says, "Horseshoe Rapids."
We managed this off road with our 26' Xplorer 195 pulled by a 2500 Ram. There are three sites on this side, the upper one is good for a TT as a pull through. Our 26' would have fit just fine, however we decided to go down more to water level. At the end is a large area with two sites on the water, enough room to turn our TT around with no issues.
Now the sites by the water are not even, so bring a lot of blocks unless you have air bags for leveling, luckily we did. The views are amazing and the sound is peaceful.
We were also able to connect to Starling, enough for me to do my work.
There are sites across the river, which look more grassy and appealing, however we did not explore that way. Unsure if it's private land or not.
Be prepared for DIRT and DUST. Slow and steady wins the race.
Access for trucks and TT's over 26' not great, however if you have the set up then it's fine.

Coming from the south, the drive in was super long but a well maintained dirt road. The map did not lead me to the entrance, you have to drive a bit past the pin and you’ll find the road down which is pretty bumpy- don’t recommend a sedan. Campsites are so lovely, next to bright blue water and has a clearing for table and a log bench by the river. No service for Verizon
