“Very out of the way, quiet, a tad creepy at night”

I stayed here in late October and there were just two other people here. This is a good spot for vans, tents, and small RVs under 25 feet. I would walk in before attempting to bring a bigger rig in. There are pit toilets available and a pond just a short walk through the woods. I'd imagine it would be buggy in the spring and summer because of the close proximately to the water, but in October it was great! If you are easily spooked, it may not be for you. The fog rolled in early and water birds screeched for hours after sunset. I found it relaxing, but I can see it being spooky to someone that doesn't spend much time in the woods. I wrote a post about this spot on my blog, here:

My blog covers travel in a Honda Odyssey minivan camper conversion.
