You need to park close to the Building Centre as there are no overnight camping signs farther away from the Building Centre. The sign says you can park after 6 pm and need to vacate by 8 am. The Building Centre is close (~ half a mile) to the paved North Star bicycle trail that runs from Cranbrook to Kimberley. Wonderful ride if you have bicycles with you.

Right next door to Walmart and Canada Superstore. Very RV friendly with signs welcoming overnight campers and truckers unlike the parking lots of the other two store which are NOT RV FRIENDLY. We've tucked ourselves away next to the lumber building out of the way for the night. Amazing views out our windshield of towering snow capped mountains. Walmart closed at 9pm so it was a quiet and peaceful sleep during the entire night. Welcome to BC!
